Lead time on all orders: IN STOCK parts are one week, all "build your own" parts are 3-4 weeks leads time. All shipments are FOB point of shipment from a Phase One facility. In the absence of specific instructions from the customer regarding their preferred carrier and freight account Phase One will select the carrier, prepay and add the charges to the product invoice. The amount of all transportation charges will be payable to Phase One from the customer in addition to the purchase price of the products.
NON CANCELABLE/NON RETURNABLE PRODUCT (NC/NR)
From time to time Phase One will notify a buyer that a product is NC/NR. Upon determination that an order requires such
conditions of sale the buyer understands that NC/NR Products may not be cancelled, returned or re-scheduled.
RETURN POLICY
Phase One will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA#) for In-Warranty Product to be returned and reviewed by the
manufacturer. Product will be repaired or replaced according to factory standards, guidelines and discretion. Phase One
does not express or imply warranty of parts separate from the manufacturer. Repair vs. replace is the option of the manufacturer and the decision is final. Product that is determined to be misused, altered or modified by the customer will be returned freight collect. Out-of-Warranty Product will be charged a standard repair fee for parts and labor. Repair of said product will begin upon acceptance by the customer to pay the repair cost.
Returns must follow the policy steps below:
1. Contact your Phase One sales rep to request an RMA#
2. Ship product to the address advised with the RMA# clearly displayed.
3. Product must be packaged in a manner to prevent damage in shipping.
